2024 VIOGNIER

Viognier from certified organic Loosen Family Vineyard in De Luz. This vineyard at the south slope of the Santa Rosa plateau, with rich volcanic soil. Harvested early at 19 Brix to retain acidity. This was direct pressed and barrel fermented in neutral French oak. Lees were stirred weekly for two months, with an additional 4 months of resting in barrel prior to being bottled.

As with all of our wines, this wine was produced with organically farmed fruit, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. 

Ingredients: grapes, minimal SO2.
