80% La Cresta Syrah, 20% La Cresta Viognier. Again, this red wine sees some white wine grapes. In this case, it was a field blend of the two grapes, and they were co-fermented. The process of co-fermenting can bring out the best in each variety, while folding together very nicely into a cohesive wine.This wine was aged for 40 monthsin neutral French Oak barrels. This wine is full bodied with noticeable tannins. This wine style is best expressed with a meal.
