We were excited to find another oragnic local grower of Syrah and jumped on the opportunity to study the influence of site selection with this grape. This vineyard is on the southern facing slope of the La Cresta plateau and is planted on red, volcanic soil. As with all of our wines, this wine was produced with native yeast, ML and organically farmed grapes. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Ingredients: Grapes and minimal SO2.
